I love babies. Everything about them practically. Their smell, their breath, their baby bumps. I love their sweet little faces they make when they are dreaming. I love their warmth. I love their innocence. I especially love this one. Meet Cache Hansen Earl. My newest nephew. Welcome to the world baby Cache…who by the way slept like an angel. He makes me really really really excited for my little guy.

Please bare with me my friends. I haven’t been sleeping well. Why? Well, if you must know…I AM HUGE! HA. This baby boy is making it very difficult for me to sleep soundly at night. I can’t get comfortable. I am constantly having the urge to go pee… Sorry TMI? One side goes numb from sleeping on it too long, so I switch to the other…I am tired. My brain is on slow mo. So forgive me for not getting the Helpful Hints up yesterday. I was getting some much needed make up rest. So to make up for it, here are some more beautiful models AND the helpful hints. Forgive me?

Unfortunately, I didn’t get tons of time with these models. So sad. Because they are sooo beautiful and amazing. We have Stephanie, then Trina, and then Mallory.

Okay so for our Helpful Hints, I am gonna show ya how to put a SIMPLE watermark on your images and how to make an action for it to save ya some time.
Step 1) Open a picture…any picture…mine will be a snap of my little Sadie.
Step 2) Go to your Actions palette and then to the bottom file called Create New Set. (circled) Name your action whatever you would like. Maybe something like…WATERMARK. lol
Step 3) Then you will click the button next to that, name watermark or whatever you want and then press record. NOW- whatever you do from here on out it will record….
Step 4) Pick your text tool (circled)
Step 5) Pick Font, font size and color(s) and type out what you wanna say. Maybe, DO NOT COPY or © YOUR NAME PHOTOGRAPHY..whateva…You can change the opacity of the writing. (circled)
Step 6) Move the text where you want it on your image. It will be there each time. Don’t flatten image because you may need to move it to a different place for vertical and horizontal images.
Step 7) Press Stop (circled)
Your action should be recorded. Go ahead and close the image and try and run the action.
I had my logo/watermark made by a professional so I didn’t do the type. I just placed the watermark on my image, free transformed to the size I wanted and then put it where I wanted it to be. I created my action from there.
I hope this helps and is not too confusing. I know my way around photoshop when I edit, but anything else….not too sure. I am also sure there are cooler things you can do for a watermark, but I don’t know. Try Google.

Ahhh Megan and Kiefer. What a blast these two are. Megan is besties with my sister-in-law Missy. They have known each other forever and are roommates. Megan feels like an extension to the family as she frequently joins us for all things Earl. We love her and love who she is marrying. Kiefer is Megan’s perfect match. Two peas in a pod. Yin and yang. yadda yadda… And we couldn’t be happier for the two. Congrats guys!
We started out just hanging out downtown long boarding, sipping on Pepsi and lots of laughing. That seems to be a theme at my shoots. Lots of laughter.
I love it when couples are so comfortable with each other that they can act like complete weirdos in front of me!
…then we headed out to these wicked awesome sand dunes. It was so beautiful and we had a great time! I had sand pouring out of my pockets by the end, but it was well worth it!

They’re up. They’re perfect. They’re SO me. They exude what this pregnancy has been to me- pure JOY. When Brooke and I were discussing what type of shots we were going to do, I really wanted to make sure that they were fun. Having this little boy come is so exciting to me and our little family. As soon as I saw Amanda I knew she would totally ROCK the house! I loved her style and knew she would be up for anything. She was. When I asked her to ROCK out as if she were in a gospel choir…she did. (thanks Zack Arias 
When I asked her to give me her best ROCK band face…she did. When I asked her to look serene and soft…she did. *sigh* LOVE! I just wish I could have spent some more time with her. Oh well….next time right?!
I like to call this set, “Business in the front, Party in the back.” Wait. Isn’t that what they say about mullets? HA Oh well, I thought it applied here too. Love this set. So fun!
Towards the end she changed into this wicked cool dress from some thrift shop. I loved it! I know. Totally ROCKIN
