Welcome to what I like to call my second home. It's where I like to be when my kids give me a few seconds to share what I love most- them.

I started my photography journey a little over two years ago just wanting to take better pictures of my kids. I fell in love and quickly jumped into my own business. I took pictures of a lot of other peoples kids, but was often too tired to capture the memories of my own. I have come full circle and am back to shooting the ones I love.

Right now my main focus is perfecting my art. While I have decided not to be in business at this time, I would love for this to be a place of inspiration and beauty. Somewhere I can share myself in my work. As photographer Nan Goldin once said, "This is a diary I let people read." I have many different projects in mind and can't wait to see them come to life.

I am an artist who loves to share the beauty of a smile, a connection and a laugh. I have a story to tell and a journey I would love to share with you.

Vacation…

Last week I went on vacation to Utah. My hubby was at scout camp for a whole week and so I packed up the girls and we headed out. Here is one of the days we went to a beautiful waterfal up Provo Canyon. We had a blast! Just a few from the fun week!!!…….

I was inspired by another photographer who lined her three gorgeous kiddos on the ground and got an absolutely stunning picture. So I thought I am gonna try that…NOPE! My girls were not having it, so I had to improvise. So here is my version of my little angels!

*I think I might try these again when Justin gets home and he can keep there attention. Hopefully I will have some better ones to share.

We had our 1st annual BARNEY Family Reunion and it was A BLAST! Cedar City was gorgeous and everyone was about SICK of me with my camera all over the place. haha! But, I got some of these fun shots, so it was all worth it!

Ahh, I love little Jessie looking at me. Caught her right at the perfet moment!

Some of you have already seen this one…but I thought I would include it on here because Justin is just so good looking. hehehe

So many things I love about this photo. Sadie’s total concentration. Her dolly gripped tightly and then the little flower parts flying all over the place. One I will treasure!
